Retreats, Gratitude & a Night That Raised $325K+
In November, our team came together for a retreat focused on professional development, team connection, and something we believe is foundational to great consulting: healthy professional boundaries. We spent meaningful time exploring what boundaries look like for each of us individually and as a team—how we protect our time and energy, how we show up fully for our clients, and how we hold clear, kind lines that ultimately allow us to serve our clients (and ourselves) with even greater focus and sustainability.
Conversations were honest, thoughtful, and energizing, and we left with shared commitments and practical strategies we’re already putting into practice. Investing in these conversations isn’t just good for our team—it translates directly into better partnership, clearer communication, and more impactful results for every client we serve.

Client Spotlight: Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation
Theme Strategy: A Lesson in Curated Storytelling
On November 20—World Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Day—the Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation hosted its annual gala for 300 supporters. Last year marked Rolfe’s 25th anniversary, celebrated under the theme 25 Years of Progress. Building on that momentum, we developed this year’s gala brand, Progress Forward, a theme that honors the organization’s history while guiding supporters toward its future impact.
Event Branding & Recognition
A strong, consistent event brand helps deepen recognition and connection, and we worked closely with the Rolfe team to create an evening that embodied the organization’s values, its day-to-day mission, and its hope for what comes next. The design leaned into purple—Rolfe’s signature color and the color of pancreatic cancer awareness—and incorporated thoughtful, creative moments throughout the experience.
Immersive Storytelling & Program Narrative
From custom cocktails and immersive décor to playful bathroom signage and an interactive “Wall of Inspiration” featuring messages submitted by the community, storytelling and fundraising were woven seamlessly into the night. We shaped a program that told one cohesive story through the voices of three honorees: a doctor, a company, and the family who created our patient-and-family support program. Together, their stories illustrated the full breadth of Rolfe’s impact and the vital role community support plays.
Unified Program & $325K+ Fundraising Impact
Three videos, heartfelt remarks, accompanying visual slides, and a powerful fund-a-need moment came together to create an inspiring, unified program that moved over 300 hundred guests. Together, we raised $325,000 and counting – exceeding their goal!
